Governed by Article 52 Paragraphs 3 and 4 and Article 53 Pargaraph 1 of the Law on Organization of Courts, Article 7 Paragraph 1 of the Book of Court Rules and Article 7 of the Rules of Organization and Operation of the Supreme Court of Cassation.

The President of the Court manages the court administration. President of the Court may delegate certain court administration tasks to the Deputy President, Presidents of the court departments and the Court Administrator.

In the Supreme Court of Cassation, the President of the Court has one or more Deputies, as decided by the President of the Court; Deputies are appointed in the annual judges’ work schedule for the current year.

Deputy President of the Court replaces the President of the Court in the event of incapacity or absence.

If the President of the Court has appointed more than one Deputy, he/she will appoint one Deputy who will act as his/her replacement.
